School will be in session tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13.
The International Falls School District, along with our third-party incident response team, is continuing to investigate a potential cyber incident relating to our computer systems. Our files have NOT been encrypted but we have voluntarily shut down certain systems to allow us to investigate the impact and ensure our ongoing security. Skyward will be offline tomorrow, but all other systems will be functioning.
Despite this disruption, we are happy to report that school will be in session tomorrow, Tuesday September 13th. We appreciate your patience and understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience as a result of today’s closure. April Emig from Lake Superior College will be at the Falls High School on Fri, Sept. 23 to meet with any students that might be interested in attending LSC.

The International Falls School District is currently experiencing issues with our network that are causing a disruption to some of our computer systems. We are working diligently with a third-party incident response team to investigate this matter and restore full functionality to our systems as quickly as possible. We have significant resources devoted to this process and our work to resolve this issue is ongoing. As a result of such systems operations issues, we will not be in session on Monday, September 12th. We appreciate your patience and understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. There are no issues if students use their Chromebooks or log onto our system. Skyward and other platforms may not be functioning as they should as we work to address the situation. One step in this process will require all users to reset their passwords when they log back onto the system and this will be forced upon log in. We are working as quickly as possible to be back at operational capacity. Further information will come on Monday.
Extracurricular practices and activities may take place as scheduled.

ISD 361 has up for sealed bid: a metal door, siding from dugouts that were damaged by high winds, and 3 small wooden stages. Items for bid can be seen behind the Falls High School. The winning bidder must remove all material in the pile by Noon Friday 8/26/22. Roof section behind the pile is not for sale. Bids will be opened at 9am Thursday 8/25/22. Bid must state the price you would like to pay for all material, must have name and telephone number where you can be reached. Only the winning bidder will be notified. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked on the outside, "Damaged material bid" and can be dropped off at the main office of the Falls High School between the hours of 7am and 4pm Monday through Wednesday, and until 9am on Thursday 8/25/22.
Date change as we do not want to compete with the IFBC Boat Parade - Meeting will be held on Monday August 29th @ Falls High School.
